The King, The Queen and 9 warriors

King- Our very own vice captain of national cricket team, King of Nazafgarh and Multan(Pakistan) and many other places, Mr. Virendra(Virender) Sehwag.

Queen - Of course(viru uses this word often) another dude and star of national team, Gautam Gambhir or Gauti, as his IPL T shirt reads.

Rest 9 warriors are the other team members of Delhi Daredevils, team I follow and expect to win the IPL-2 .

Ever since this IPL started it was expected that the king and the queen will be the main stars in all matches of Delhi, but as I expected they didn't perform. King, like the one in chess knows(has) only one way to play, if he performs we love it and if he doesn't we curse him. Queen on the other hand, again with an analogy to chess has all sorts of brahmastras yet (s)he is not clicking at the moment.

All the victories Delhi has recorded this season is because of the efforts of Dilshan and A B (phoren babas), bowling department also contributed equally. While watching the match it never seemed if 11 players are playing the match. I have always observed King adjusting field after every boundary hit and doing post match chit chat, queen did move 'her feet' across the ground at some occasions though.

Looking at the form of Indian batting line up distributed across all IPL teams, I'm doubtful about the performance at T20 worldcup this year. Will the Indian team, defending champions be shown the exit route the way Rajasthan royals, again defending champions of IPL1 were shown by minnows,the Knight Riders(if i may say) ? 

If delhi can reach semis with 9 lads(mostly phoren babas), India can do the same with '11' which includes the King and the Queen.
